Munlochy Bay

Munlochy Bay on the Black Isle has been designated a Site of Special Scientific Interest. It is a breeding area for a huge range of birds due to its diverse habitat including tidal sand and mud, and salt flats. Wildflowers adorn the verges and attract butterflies and bees. Bird watchers gather here all year round, and the area is loved by tourist and locals alike.
